• Experience in the insurance industry, recruitment, and sales team management.
• Strategic thinking, analytical approach to sales results.
• Autonomy, decision-making courage, and natural authority.
• Energy and consistency in pursuing results.
• Readiness to cooperate on a B2B basis.
• Higher education, minimum secondary education.
