Financial Instruments Registration Team Manager (M/F)

Location: Krakow

Your responsibilities

• managing the work of the Financial Instruments Registration Team, including setting goals, monitoring task execution, and developing employee competencies,
• ensuring the timely and correct execution of operational processes within the team's scope of responsibility,
• responsibility for the compliance of conducted processes with applicable capital market regulations, KDPW requirements, KDPW_CCP, and internal regulations,
• identifying and implementing improvements to increase the efficiency, quality, and security of operational processes,
• creating and updating procedures, operational instructions, and work standards,
• cooperating with business, risk, compliance, tax, and IT areas in the execution of projects and regulatory changes,
• providing substantive support to the team in the most complex operational and regulatory issues.
• maintaining records of financial instruments, settling and controlling transactions made by the Brokerage House,
• handling operations and corporate events, calculating and disbursing payments from securities,
• handling tax processes related to financial instruments,
• reporting to supervisory institutions and capital market infrastructure (including KDPW, NBP, ARM, APA, EMIR),
• ensuring data quality and participating in the development of operational systems supporting the registration area.

Our requirements

• higher education (preferred fields: finance, economics, banking, or related).
• Minimum several years of experience in the area of capital market registration, settlement, or operations,
• experience in team management or coordinating the work of specialists,
• good knowledge of capital market functioning and regulations governing financial instrument trading,
• practical knowledge of processes related to transaction settlement, securities handling, and corporate events,
• ability to analyze processes and implement organizational improvements.

Nice to have

• Securities Registration Specialist license,
• experience in a Brokerage House, custodian bank, or capital market institution.
• Knowledge of Promak family systems,
• participation in implementation or transformation projects in the capital market operations area.
