We have a job for you that involves: managing the team responsible for AI adoption in the Bank, building communities, managing the ambassador network, change management, and process optimization, managing AI-related purchasing processes, including cooperation with procurement, legal, and compliance areas, ensuring cost-effectiveness and formal compliance of initiatives, development and implementation of AI adoption programs including internal and external training, hackathons, prompathons, expert events, and educational initiatives, building and managing a community of AI practitioners (AI Guild), supporting knowledge exchange, competence development, and spreading a culture of responsible and practical AI use in the organization, managing AI initiatives and projects, especially those carried out in larger, interdisciplinary groups, ensuring their effective coordination and achievement of business goals, supporting the CK AI Director in the area of change management and communication related to AI implementation, ensuring a consistent approach to organizational change within the AI Transformation and adoption of new solutions, development and optimization, including managing the team responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing business processes and identifying automation and AI application opportunities, supervising the use of the Copilot platform, license management, and supporting the adoption of declarative agents, cooperation with the AI Factory and AI Governance, bringing a process, adoption, and innovative perspective to the design and implementation of AI solutions. If you are a person who: possesses very high communication skills and is capable of cooperating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, cooperates and feels very comfortable in teamwork at the team and department level, is independent and creatively creates and implements concepts, has transformational, process, continuous improvement, or project experience, is interested in the area of AI and has a deep understanding of its aspects.
