Your responsibilities

• Developing the sales team through daily mentoring of insurance representatives,
• Acquiring and recruiting new salespeople,
• Onboarding and training,
• Adapting action strategies to existing market conditions,
• Close cooperation with management staff and other company departments,
• Reporting team results.

Our requirements

• Experience in the financial industry in a managerial position,
• Openness to cooperation on a B2B contract,
• Knowledge of techniques and tools supporting the team in achieving goals,
• Familiarity with modern trends in the insurance market and interest in the financial sector,
• Excellent organizational skills and analytical thinking,
• Highly developed interpersonal skills.
