About the company and project:
An international company is seeking an experienced Client Manager.
The company has been successfully serving clients in the field of calculations and money transfers for over 15 years. Its team offers flexible and innovative financial solutions, freeing clients from bureaucratic constraints and simplifying financial management.
The company's representations in St. Petersburg and Cyprus allow its team to serve clients in different parts of the world.
You will be working with clients around the world in a convenient remote format.
Job responsibilities:
- Processing incoming letters and requests from European B2B clients
- Conducting negotiations and bringing the client to signing a contract
- Managing relationships with contractors: setting tasks for translations, controlling document flow
- Solving emerging issues and maintaining communication with managers
- Maintaining information about clients in CRM systems
Requirements
- Confident mastery of Microsoft Excel (formulas, summary tables, filtering)
- Experience working with contractual documentation and primary accounting documents (invoices, accounts, acts)
- Knowledge of document flow between Russian and foreign companies
- Experience working with CRM systems (Bitrix, 1C)
- Experience selling services in the B2B segment
- Skills for conducting business correspondence with clients via messengers
- Able to work with client objections
- Able to efficiently work in a multi-tasking mode in a remote format
- Possess good mastery of Russian and English languages in written form
- English language A2+
It would be an advantage if you have:
- A higher economic education
- Experience working in payment systems or companies with a complex pricing structure
- Knowledge of the specifics of the logistics industry
- Skills for managing a team of 5-6 people
