Your responsibilities

• building and developing a sales team – you recruit, onboard, and support people,
• developing team competencies and working on their potential,
• responsibility for team results and the way they are achieved,
• developing the team based on mutual trust and partnership cooperation.

• independent action and taking responsibility for decisions made,
