Your scope of responsibilities

• building and developing a sales team – you recruit, onboard, and support people,
• developing the team's competencies and working on its potential,
• responsibility for the team's results and how they are achieved,
• developing the team based on mutual trust and partnership cooperation.

• experience in sales team management,
• ability to recruit and develop people,
• independent action and taking responsibility for decisions made,
• ability to combine a results-oriented approach with ethics and relational skills.
