Job description
Sales Network Development Manager
Place of work: BydgoszczYour responsibilities
- acquiring new Agents for cooperation
- developing and maintaining an effective sales network
- achieving business goals and plans
- onboarding new Agents, cooperating with other departments of the Company and with Managers from Insurance Companies
- monitoring and analyzing competitor activities
- initiating and implementing improvements and actions that influence goal achievement
- assisting in resolving current problems reported by Agents
- building positive and lasting relationships with Agents
- shaping a positive company image
Our requirements
- experience in the insurance industry, recruitment, and cooperation with a team of Agents
- dynamism in action, high orientation towards results, and consistency in striving for goals
- ability to establish contacts and build long-term relationships
- independence, responsibility, and planning skills
- readiness to undertake cooperation on a B2B basis
- readiness for field work – valid driving license category B required
- good knowledge of MS Office suite
- secondary or higher education
