D2D Manager

Your responsibilities

• Management and development of entrusted D2D sales areas, ensuring the achievement of revenue goals, financial efficiency, and customer portfolio development.
• Implementation of sales strategies, tactics, and actions, defining operational and tactical goals.
• Management of the direct sales team, motivation, competency development, and participation in the recruitment of leaders and salespeople.
• Monitoring sales results and customer service quality, analysis of the market, customer segments, and competitor activities.
• Planning and execution of trade marketing activities and management of the marketing budget.
• Building and maintaining relationships with business partners, negotiations, and development of the cooperation model.
• Reporting results and providing management information, supervision over D2D service and sales processes.
• Cooperation with other units to maximize Omnichannel sales results.

Our requirements

• Experience in direct sales (D2D), especially in the telecommunications industry
• Knowledge of the telecommunications market and its specifics
• Ability to plan and implement sales strategies
• Knowledge of the B2C and B2B markets
• Experience in direct sales management, preferably in the telecommunications industry or related fields.
• Ability to build and develop sales teams.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Negotiation and business relationship building skills.
• Results-oriented and focused on high customer service quality.
• Ability to plan and execute marketing activities.
• Good work organization and ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience in training and managing a sales team.
