Your responsibilities

• Coordinating the work of a multi-person team (reception and shift/personal trainers) and taking care of their motivation and development
• Planning operational activities and supervising and implementing fitness service sales
• Efficient facility management and maintaining a high level of club entries
• Overseeing the correctness of administrative and fitness activities
• Preparing business reports
• Close cooperation with the Regional Manager
