Job description
Key Account Manager
Location: PiłaYour responsibilities
- email and telephone customer service for wholesale clients – brick-and-mortar and online
- regular visits to contractors in the assigned area
- building product displays and distributing advertising materials
- coordinating promotional activities and cooperating in their creation
- achieving sales plans and key initiatives
- conducting product training for contractors
- creating documentation for orders in the Optima accounting program
- coordinating orders on the BaseLinker e-commerce platform
- cooperating with all departments in the company to build continuous company development
Our requirements
- valid category B driving license is required.
- minimum 7 days of work per month in the field, remaining days working in the office
- ability to establish, maintain, and develop relationships
- commercial negotiation skills
- knowledge of sales techniques
- analytical and strategic thinking skills
- ability to work under time pressure, stress resistance
- knowledge of the Comarch Optima program
Work time allocation
- 65% Office work
- 35% Field work
