Memory Subsystem Architect - End-to-End DRAM Controller

Bitdeer Technologies Group in Singapore is seeking a senior architecture professional to lead the design of their in-house memory subsystem. The role involves defining all aspects of the memory controller, with a direct impact on performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead vendor relationships, contributing to cutting-edge AI and Bitcoin mining technologies. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in DRAM-controller architecture, hands-on PHY integration, and strong understanding of DDR4/5/6 specifications. Key responsibilities include: • Designing the memory subsystem architecture, including controller, interface, and memory modules; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other system components; • Leading vendor relationships to select and integrate best-in-class memory technologies; • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for the memory subsystem; • Participating in design reviews and ensuring compliance with company standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in computer architecture, digital logic, and microprocessor systems, as well as experience working with various programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB. A Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field is required.
