From the Sunset Hotels & Resorts division, we are seeking a creative, strategic, and brand-oriented Membership Manager in Madison House Milan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing membership strategies to drive revenue growth, increase customer loyalty, and enhance overall guest experience. This includes: • Developing and executing membership programs that align with the company's overall strategy and goals; • Building strong relationships with existing members and identifying new opportunities for growth; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotions; • Analyzing data and metrics to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions; • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to continuously improve membership offerings. To succeed in this role, you will need: • A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in hospitality marketing, sales, or membership management; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
