Member Services Representative

This is a full-time, frontline, people focused role supporting APRA AMCOS members at every stage of their creative journey. You’ll deliver high quality service across phone, email, CRM and in person, while working closely with colleagues across the organisation. You’ll also: Support songwriters with membership, royalties and other administrative tasks. Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and preferences. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, applying this knowledge to improve services and processes. Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Contribute to the development of new initiatives and processes, leveraging your expertise and creativity. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
