Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For

You don't need a perfect CV.

It's more important that you enjoy taking responsibility.

You will probably fit well with us if you

• have several years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in the banking industry
• have gained experience in statistical reporting (especially BiSta, AuSta, ZiSta, KreSta)
• have already gained experience in software development projects
• can explain complex specialist and technical topics in an understandable way,
• work independently, structured, and solution-oriented,
• enjoy working with people and are characterized by open and empathetic communication,
• are eager to take on responsibility and become better together with us,
• have fluent German language skills (at least C1).
