In your professional role as Meldewesenspezialist:in & Business Analyst:in, you analyze and design technical processes around the regulatory and statistical reporting of financial institutions and support our customers in implementing regulatory requirements efficiently and sustainably. You work at the interface between departments and IT, create requirements, accompany the technical implementation, and bring your knowledge from the field of banking regulation actively into play.

Aufgaben

• You advise and design agile IT projects independently and implement legal and regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
• Taking on, analyzing, and managing requirements are among your key tasks, as well as coordinating with departments and development.
• You actively support the optimization and further development of IT systems and processes.
• You maintain a partnership-based cooperation & open communication with our customers.

Qualifikation

• Experience as an IT Business Analyst:in in the banking sector, including statistical reporting (BiSta, AuSta, ZiSta, KreSta)
• Fundamental methodological & conceptual knowledge in business analysis and agile methods.
• A self-reliant and communicative working style that enables you to proactively drive projects forward.
• Idealistically, you have already implemented IT projects for regulatory requirements.
• Fluent German language skills (at least C1).
