Master SHK (m/f/d) - Automation & Drinking Water in Berlin

Our focus is on the maintenance, installation, and optimization of all types of pump systems and installations – including the associated MSR technology.

To strengthen our field service team, we are looking for a dedicated professional with master craftsman qualification from the field of Heating-Ventilation-Sanitary-Climate (HVAC) / Sanitary-Heating-Climate (SHK) for the Berlin-Brandenburg metropolitan region.

Responsibilities

• Practical service assignments: Independent execution and operational management of maintenance, repair, and service work on systems directly on-site.
• Troubleshooting & MSR Practice: Analysis and resolution of faults in complex mechanical components as well as in electrical control and regulation systems (automation).
• Technical Leadership & Division Development: Active involvement in the targeted development of our drinking water technology division and technical leadership of the service team.
• Quality Assurance & Authorization: Professional support of drinking water systems, ensuring all standards are met, and accompanying our specialist company approvals.
• Work Preparation & Interface: Technical preparation of assignments, creation of digital service reports, and close collaboration with management and our customers.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Successfully completed further training as a Master SHK (Installateur- und Heizungsbauermeister - Master Installer and Heating Engineer).
• Technical Knowledge: Profound knowledge in the field of drinking water installation and a strong interest in pump, control, or regulation technology.
• Work Approach: A solution-oriented mindset, reliability, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Personality: Friendly and confident demeanor in dealing with customers, as well as a strong team spirit.
• Mobility: A valid car driver's license (Class B) is mandatory.
