To strengthen our growing team, we are looking for a Master / Engineer (m/w/d) for Sanitary-, Pipe- and/or Environmental Technology at the earliest possible time.

Aufgaben

Project planning and project coordination

You will take over the independent leadership and coordination of projects in the field of pipe, sanitary, canal or plant construction – from planning to successful handover. You will ensure a timely, quality- and cost-effective implementation.

Technical responsibility

You plan, dimension, and optimize sanitary, pipe, and environmental systems taking into account technical, economic, and legal requirements. In the event of technical malfunctions, you analyze the causes and develop practical, sustainable solutions.

Team leadership and deployment planning

You lead employees professionally, plan personnel deployment on construction sites, and coordinate involved external companies and internal departments. As a central interface, you ensure smooth project development.

Dokumentation and quality assurance

You create technical documentation, reports, and project records. You also ensure that statutory, technical, safety-relevant, and environmental regulations are complied with.

Customer service and cooperation

You are the contact person for customers, authorities, and project partners. Through your binding communication and close cooperation with internal and external parties, you make a significant contribution to project success.

Qualification

• You hold a completed master's degree in SHK craftsmanship, for example as an installer and heating engineer, or a master's degree in pipe, canal, and industrial service, or a completed engineering degree in supply technology, environmental technology, civil engineering, or a comparable field.
• Ideal candidates have work experience in the field of sanitary technology, pipe construction, canal technology, plant construction, or environmental technology.
• You are familiar with relevant regulations and guidelines such as DIN, DWA, VDI, and workplace safety regulations and work safely with MS Office.
• In addition, you convince through a structured, self-responsible, and solution-oriented working style.
• Communication strength, assertiveness, and team ability distinguish you.
• A driving license of class B and good German language skills, at least on level B2, complete your profile.
