HR Internship

Are you looking for a challenging internship starting January/February 2027 where you can truly make an impact? At BAS, you can choose an internship with an organization-wide improvement project, an internship in recruitment, or a combination of both. This way, you can tailor the internship to your education and ambitions.

Option 1: Organizational Handbook Project
Our organizational handbook on AFAS InSite no longer optimally matches the needs of employees. Therefore, we are going to completely revamp it. You will manage this project from start to finish: from analysis to a new, up-to-date handbook that the entire organization uses daily.

• Analyze the current situation and information needs of employees;

• Design a new structure and update content;

• Implement the handbook in AFAS InSite and set up a management process.

Option 2: Recruitment and Employer Branding
Would you prefer to attract tomorrow's talent? Then you will work with our recruitment team and ensure that BAS is visible to students and starters.

• Organize and attend events at and with schools, such as career fairs, open days, and guest lectures;

• Maintain and expand contacts with educational institutions;

• Support in recruiting interns and starters.

Of course, you can also choose to combine both options in one internship.

We offer you

• An internship allowance of €500,- gross per month for a full-time internship and travel expenses (for what, you get what you deserve);
