Finance Internship

Behind every correct energy bill, there is someone who has processed the data correctly. As a Finance intern, you will process smart meter readings from over 100,000 customers monthly, check invoices, and assist customers with questions about their bills. You will truly participate and directly see the results of your work.

You will join an informal team of nine colleagues and contribute to accurate data and correct invoices as the foundation for reliable, clean energy. The internship is for 24-40 hours per week and offers an internship allowance of €450 gross based on 40 hours.

• You process the meter readings of 100,000+ customers. Each month, you process smart meter data using AI-driven tools and smart software, identify missing or incorrect meter data, and resolve it.
• You check invoices, payments, and support accounts receivable management. You check customer invoices, keep an overview of payments, and identify deviations or special cases.
• You help customers with invoice and payment questions. You provide friendly and to-the-point answers and think along in terms of solutions.
• You contribute ideas for smarter processes. You propose ideas for automation and optimize administrative processes.

• You are pursuing an MBO level 4 education in the direction of business administration, financial administrative employee, or similar. An Associate Degree in Business Economics is also welcome.
• You work accurately and structured and maintain an overview with large amounts of data.
• You communicate professionally and friendly, even when a customer is frustrated.
• You are curious and proactive and come up with suggestions for improvement.
