So you ensure a good and timely completion of projects. As working foreman, you will be responsible for two client regions in Gent. The site supervisor will give you the planning of both workers and tasks to be performed. Then you are responsible for following up on this. You will instruct both your own colleagues, subcontractors, and internal employees of the client. Throughout the project, you will be the point of contact for the tasks to be performed. You prepare the necessary arrangements so that the weekend team knows what to do. Your profile: You possess a technical diploma or equivalent through experience. You have initial experience in a leadership position (team leader, foreman, etc.). You are communicatively strong and can express yourself fluently in Dutch as well as English. You possess a driving license B VCA-Vol is a plus point, but not a requirement. Offer: You will receive a complete remuneration package...
