Job description

Are you someone who likes to take the lead and has a passion for metal? Then we are looking for you! We are currently seeking a Working Foreman with experience in welding. You will be the point of contact and will be responsible for a team of 20 people. In addition to motivating and guiding your colleagues, your daily activities include:

  • Directing and supporting welders and structural metal fabricators;
  • Planning and coordinating work activities;
  • Personally contributing to MIG/MAG welding projects;
  • Performing visual inspections of welding work;
  • Consulting with the Production Manager about your findings and potential improvements.

Working as a Working Foreman, you will have a dynamic role where no two days are the same. All this in a company where there are ample opportunities for your personal development and growth. For this, you will receive the following compensation:

  • A gross monthly salary between € 3,300 and € 4,500, depending on your experience;

  • Demonstrable experience as a supervisor or foreman, preferably within the metal sector;
  • In possession of a NIL level 3 MIG/MAG welding diploma;
  • Knowledge and experience with welding inspections according to VT-W2 or IWI-C standards;
  • Willingness to further develop yourself in practice and to work with various machines.
