Working Team Leader Electricity

What will you do?

Making a next step in your technical career with a role where you actively work and coach/coordinate a small team of experts. You will work in a modern electrical workshop on challenging projects around control and distribution boards.

In this function, you will build control and distribution boards based on technical schematics, wiring, and thoroughly test the electrical installations. At the same time, you are the hub for a team of three colleagues: you give direction, support where needed, and ensure that quality, safety, and efficiency come first.
Tasks such as solving technical problems during assembly, brainstorming process improvements, and providing technical support to colleagues or customers make up the role.
- Building, wiring, and testing electrical control and distribution boards according to technical schematics.
- Coaching, coordinating, and supporting three colleague electricians in the workshop.
- Identifying and resolving defects during assembly and monitoring quality and efficiency.
- Actively brainstorming optimizations in processes and working methods.
- Providing technical support via phone to technicians in the field or customers.
- Giving technical training to colleagues or customers around product processing.

Educational background: A diploma in electricity, electromechanics or equivalent through experience

Vocational knowledge: Reading and translating technical schematics into high-quality end work is second nature to you.
You have experience with industrial electricity, board building, or electrical assembly and are technically well-versed.

Linguistic skills: Communication in Dutch runs smoothly, and knowledge of French or English is a plus.

What do we offer you?

• Fixed working hours: Monday from 8:00 to 17:00, Tuesday to Thursday from 7:00 to 17:00, and Friday from 7:00 to 16:00. Weekly working hours 39 hours with 43 effective hours (4 voluntary overtime hours at 150% paid – favorable for net income). 6 extra ADV days on top of your statutory leave
• Gross hourly wage between €18 and €21, depending on your experience and knowledge, supplemented with meal vouchers of €8 per worked day and a daily net allowance of €2.58
