Working Supervisor | Europarcs de Achterhoek

Are you someone who has an eye for detail, likes to take responsibility, and can motivate colleagues in a positive way? For the beautiful holiday park EuroParcs De Achterhoek, we are looking for a working supervisor who combines cleaning work with quality control and guiding colleagues.

As a working supervisor, you are responsible for performing quality checks and ensuring our high cleaning standards. You actively participate in cleaning and are the point of contact for your colleagues.

Your tasks include:

• Performing quality checks on location
• Participating in daily cleaning
• Guiding and supporting colleagues in their work
• Identifying bottlenecks and contributing to solutions
• Communication with the client and the team

You will work at an atmospheric and green holiday park where cycling between the bungalows already feels like a mini-holiday. The environment is quiet, spacious, and exudes relaxation – a pleasant place to work and move.

• Monday to Friday: between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM
• Other days: between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM
• Total: 10 to 15 hours per week

• You have experience in cleaning (preferred)
• You have a proactive attitude and enjoy working independently
• You have good communication skills and know how to motivate colleagues
• You have an eye for detail and quality
• You are flexible in availability within the mentioned working hours

• Travel expenses reimbursement in accordance with CAO
