Working Internship Continuous Improvement (Power BI & Power Automate)

Your Role
At Heras, you get the chance to contribute to the Nimble program as an intern: a strategic improvement program focused on simplifying and automating business processes. As an intern, you will work on improving processes within domains such as sales, new construction projects, and finance. You will analyze how processes work today and translate this into smart solutions using Power BI and Power Automate. You will deliver concrete process improvements, process descriptions, automations, and Power BI dashboards for operational and financial control, as well as working Power Automate flows. Finally, you will make a measurable contribution to efficiency (e.g., time savings or fewer errors).

Your Activities

• Mapping current processes and bottlenecks.

• Automating manual processes with Power Automate.

• Developing dashboards and reports in Power BI (without actual programming).

• Improving data quality and insight into KPIs.

• Collaborating with business teams and IT specialists.

Your Profile

• You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., Business Administration, Technical Business Administration, IT, Data, or Finance)

• You are looking for a 3rd or 4th-year internship with an emphasis on working or building dashboards

• You have an interest in process improvement and data

• You have basic knowledge of or affinity with Power BI and/or Power Automate

• You are analytical, proactive, and have strong communication skills

• Our preference is for a candidate who has a good command of the Dutch language

• Although it does not involve actual programming, you enjoy coming up with and testing solutions yourself

• Internship allowance of €500 gross based on full-time

• 2 vacation days per month
