Your role
As Sales medewerker Meetings & Events, you are the point of contact for our guests. You advise, think along, and ensure that every event is perfectly prepared from the first request. You are part of a close sales team of three colleagues, which means there is plenty of room for teamwork and personal responsibility.

Your role
As Sales medewerker Meetings & Events, you are the point of contact for our guests. You advise, think along, and ensure that every event is perfectly prepared from the first request. You are part of a close sales team of three colleagues, which means there is plenty of room for teamwork and personal responsibility.
Your tasks will include:
- Handling requests and preparing convincing bids.
- Advising guests and giving tours on location.
- Keeping and managing reservations in our system.
- Maintaining customer relationships and seizing commercial opportunities.
- Thinking along about marketing & visibility (including social media).
- Supporting the coordination of events.
- A versatile and responsible job of 28 or 32 hours.
- Working in a compact sales team of three experienced colleagues.
- A inspiring workplace at a beautiful, sustainable event location (Green Key Gold) near Utrecht.
- An informal work atmosphere within a professional family business.
- A market-conform salary according to CAO Horeca, function group 7.
- Good working conditions, including one Saturday shift per 2 weeks (10:00-17:00).
- Space for personal initiative, ideas, and development.
- You have a few years of experience in sales or reservations, preferably in hospitality or events.
- You possess excellent communication and commercial skills.
- You are accurate, convincing, and enthusiastic, with an eye for hospitality.
- A degree in Hotelschool, Tourism, or Commercial Economics is a plus.
- You live preferably within 45 minutes of Mereveld (Utrecht).
- Good command of the English language, both verbally and in writing.
