• Visible experience in woodworking or carpentry
• You speak and understand fluent Dutch
• You can work independently and motivate a team at the same time
• You are meticulous, result-oriented, and reliable
• You respect safety regulations
• Driver's license B

• You distribute tasks and lead a team of carpenters and setters
• You make plans in consultation with the project leader and monitor progress
• You are present in the warehouse and on the construction site for follow-up and support
• You provide timely material needs and closely follows deliveries
• You fabricates and installs interior carpentry such as doors, sills, and other finishing touches with your team
• You saws and fits carpentry elements according to plan or construction measurements
• You ensures safety, quality, and compliance with agreements

• Full-time function (Monday to Friday) in a stable and financially healthy company
