  • Strong Communication & Empathy: You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a calm, empathetic communication style when interacting with our patients.

  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You have the ability to work independently on your tasks as well as proactively contribute to shared team goals.

  • Language Skills: You have fluent German skills in speaking and writing; English skills are an advantage.

  • Student Status: You are currently an enrolled medical student (ideally in the clinical phase) and are looking for practical work alongside your studies.

  • Additional Experience (Desirable): Ideally, you already have experience in healthcare administration or a medical secretarial role, as well as knowledge of scheduling software or electronic patient records.
