Our team is looking for full-time support for our Ovivamed Clinic in Zurich immediately or by arrangement for the role of: Medical Practice Assistant.

Your responsibilities:

• Friendly, professional reception and first point of contact for patients

• Independent management of appointment scheduling, including conflict resolution

• Identification and improvement of administrative processes

• Ensuring complete and data protection-compliant patient documentation

• Optimization of patient communication (e.g., through automated reminders)

• Support for new team members during onboarding

• Close collaboration with medical professionals for coordinated care

• Practical support in daily practice routines through blood draws, as well as blood pressure and BMI measurements

What you bring with you:

• Organizational skills, reliability, and an empathetic demeanor

• Confident and discreet handling of sensitive patient data

• Initiative as well as solution-oriented and team-oriented working style

• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

• Completed training as an MPA (Medical Practice Assistant) or a comparable qualification

• Experience with digital practice or appointment systems (advantageous)
