You will do: * You will look after our patients before, during and after examinations with high professional competence and empathy. * You will coordinate, plan and assist with consultations, bringing your strong organizational skills to bear. * You will independently perform blood draws, laboratory analyses, infusion therapies, as well as other examinations such as ECG, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, and lung function tests. * You will take on administrative tasks, prepare billing according to TARDOC, and work routinely with the practice software Axenita. * You will answer telephone inquiries competently and with a focus on service - always with a friendly demeanor and a high degree of customer orientation. You bring: * You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or an equivalent qualification. * You have several years of professional experience in daily practice and remain calm and composed even in unexpected situations. * You communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally thanks to your very good German language skills, both written and spoken. * You are perceived as an open, warm personality who enjoys working in a team and also enjoys working independently. * You feel comfortable in a lively practice environment, react flexibly to changing demands, and actively contribute to a positive, collegial working atmosphere.
