Medical Assistant (MFA) (m/f/d) in a Private Dermatology Practice (Kassel)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a qualified and dedicated Medical Assistant (m/f/d) in full-time for our private dermatology practice.

In this position, you will support the operations in our practice with high precision and organizational skills, contributing significantly to a structured and efficient daily practice routine.

Tasks

🔹 Consultation Assistance – You will accompany and support the doctors during consultations and assist with aesthetic treatments.
🔹 Practice Organization – You will maintain an overview of the processes, coordinate the transitions between reception, doctor, operating room, and laser, and ensure a smooth workflow.
🔹 Medical Activities – You will independently perform treatments such as taking swabs, wound care, suture removal, and other treatments.

🔹 Surgical Assistance - You will assist with minor
outpatient procedures and independently perform treatments such as
blood draws and suture removal

🔹 Reception & Appointment Organization
– You will cover reception during peak times, be the first point of contact for
our patients at the reception desk, greet patients warmly, and
precisely coordinate appointments, communicate via email and telephone, and
work with our new cloud-based practice software.

Qualifications

✔ Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or comparable qualification

✔ Realschulabschluss or Fachabitur (secondary school qualifications)
✔ Interest in dermatological and aesthetic treatments as well as working with modern technologies.
✔ An independent, structured way of working.
✔ Reliability, precision, and a sense of responsibility.
