Medical Assistant (m/w/d) in a Private Dermatology Practice (Kassel)

We are looking for a qualified and committed Medical Assistant (m/w/d) to support our private dermatology practice on a full-time basis.

In this position, you will provide high-precision and organizational support to the daily operations of our practice and contribute significantly to a structured and efficient practice routine.

Tasks

🔹 Speech Therapy Assistance – You will accompany and support doctors during consultations and assist with aesthetic treatments.
🔹 Practice Organization – You will maintain an overview of the workflows, coordinate transitions between registration, doctor, OP, and laser, and ensure a smooth workflow.
🔹 Medical Activities – You will perform independent treatments such as biopsies, wound care, suture removal, and other treatments.

🔹 OP Assistance - You will assist with small ambulatory procedures and perform independent treatments like blood draws and suture removals.

🔹 Reception & Scheduling Organization
– You will represent the reception desk in times of need, be the first point of contact for our patients at the reception, greet patients warmly, and coordinate appointments precisely, communicate via email and phone, and work with our new cloud-based practice software.

Qualification

✔ Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or equivalent qualification

✔ Realschulabschluss or Fachabitur
✔ Interest in dermatological and aesthetic treatments, as well as working with modern technologies.
✔ A self-organized, structured work style.
✔ Reliability, precision, and sense of responsibility.
