Your Tasks

You are in the middle of the action and hold the reins:

• You organize and triage the consultation hours and ensure a smooth process
  
• You are the first point of contact at reception and on the phone: friendly, clear, and solution-oriented
  
• You provide expert care to patients, e.g., ECG, vital signs, blood draws, injections, and infusions
  
• You reliably create invoices and handle administrative tasks
  
• You actively contribute when we further develop processes and projects and make the practice even better
  

Your Profile – Professionally Competent and Personally Convincing

• Completed vocational training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
  
• You enjoy working in a team and take responsibility in daily work
  
• You are organized, digitally savvy, and comfortable with billing
  
• You remain calm, friendly, and professional even in busy moments
  
• A sense of humor and down-to-earthness fit well with us
