Job description

For the Ear, Nose, and Throat practice in Harsefeld, we are looking for a
Medical Assistant (m/f/d)
Work location: Harsefeld
Start date: as soon as possible
Working hours: Part-time to full-time with 38.5 hours/week
Responsibilities
- You will coordinate patient reception and admission and will be responsible for appointment scheduling.
- You will perform blood draws and assist with diagnostic examinations.
- You will conduct functional tests such as hearing tests, allergy tests, balance tests, and smell and taste tests.
- You will perform administrative tasks, such as creating digital records, archiving findings, documenting services, and billing for services.
Profile
- You have completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) or as a Registered Nurse (m/f/d) and ideally have initial professional experience.
- You are technically proficient and have experience in writing doctor's letters from dictation.
- Ideally, you already have experience working with the CGM Medistar software.
- Teamwork and reliability are highly valued by you.
- Your profile is rounded off by a well-organized and independent way of working.
