For the Pediatric Clinic of Klinikum Lippe GmbH (acting head of the Department of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine Dr. med. Beate Ruppert), we are seeking for the Detmold location as soon as possible a
Medical Assistant (m/f/d)
full-time We are looking for a flexible employee who will support us with all the tasks in our team of the Department of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine.
Tasks
- Participation in outpatient consultations (appointment scheduling and consultation organization)
- Reception and recording of patient data in the IT system
- Administrative tasks related to consultations (consultation accompaniment if necessary)
- Assistance with treatments and examinations
- Support with diagnostics (ECG, stress ECG, Schellong test, EEG)
- Support with pulmonary function tests
Profile
- Completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent
- Organizational skills, coordination ability, and efficient work style
- Empathy and sensitivity to the interests of our patients
- Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite), SAP knowledge
- Knowledge of billing systems (KV/private billing) and service recording are desirable, but not a prerequisite
- Good to very good typing skills
- Commitment, enthusiasm, and teamwork complete your profile

Remuneration is based on the TVöD with all usual benefits of the public service. The position is equally suitable for all genders. Severely disabled applicants will be given preferential consideration in case of equal aptitude and qualification. Part-time employment is generally possible.
