The Landscape Association Rhineland (LVR) is seeking a medical assistant / medical assistants as station secretary in the clinic for psychiatry and psychotherapy (m/w/d) at the LVR hospital Essen, clinics and institute of the University of Duisburg-Essen, -for the open and protected acute admission station P3 -for the open therapy station Station P1, treatment of psychoses -for the protected station Station P2, treatment of psychoses -for the open and protected day hospital Station D1, treatment of psychoses -for the open and protected outpatient clinic Station A1, treatment of psychoses -the medical assistant will be responsible for the following tasks: -processing patient data and documents -coordinating appointments and treatments -answering phone calls and responding to inquiries -maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all matters -working independently and as part of a team -communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues -providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families -participating in training and further education -flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends -possibility of remote work
