Medior Construction Project Manager

From Meppel, you will work on construction projects that make a visible difference to the living environment. You will join a professional consultancy firm with over fifty specialists that supports clients with development, renovation, new construction, and property management. The projects are mainly within healthcare, education, housing associations, and government.

What you will do

As a medior project manager, you will manage construction projects from preparation to completion. You will be given the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility for the entire project process. Sustainability and circularity are important principles in the search for future-oriented solutions.

• You will manage construction projects from preparation through to completion
• You will monitor the schedule, quality, progress, and financial frameworks
• You will maintain contact with clients, consultants, contractors, and other parties
• You will coordinate collaboration between different disciplines
• You will advise clients on construction, technical, and organizational issues
• You will identify bottlenecks and translate them into practical solutions

What we offer

• Salary between €4,500 and €5,900 per month
• 25 vacation days plus ATV days in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement

What we are looking for

• Completed MBO, HBO, or WO education in construction or a comparable technical field
• Several years of experience in construction, construction supervision, or project management
• You can effectively switch between different parties and interests
• You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview of multiple projects
• You communicate clearly with all stakeholders
• You have a practical mindset and think in terms of solutions
• You have an affinity for sustainability and future-proof real estate
