You work as a sparring partner for your client and ensure that you precisely understand which IT professionals they need. You recruit candidates via various channels (online, offline, social media) and know how to use your network to find the right people. At our company, you are not only a recruiter, but a specialist who knows what's going on in the market and therefore makes the difference. We work with innovative tools and means to make the recruitment process as efficient as possible. Whether you already have recruitment experience within IT mediation or no recruitment experience but an IT background. No problem, recruiting can be learned! With your background, you understand the challenges of clients and the ambitions of candidates. So you can really make a difference and be a sparring partner for both. A Recruiter is always responsible for the entire recruitment cycle at our company. You are the business partner of your client and ensure that you precisely know which candidates they would like to speak with. You recruit these candidates yourself, online, offline, through strong labor market communication, and you approach also proactively suitable candidates. Affinity with sourcing tools and social media is then a must. We do not do 'cold calling' or other forms of cold acquisition. But that doesn't mean we're not very commercial. We believe that you only really win the trust of a client if you learn to know them in a different way. However, finding the right clients and candidates does not happen by itself. Therefore, you continuously focus on networking, to learn to know new people. Additionally, you write attractive job postings, evaluate the responses to your job postings, and search databases for potential candidates. With our 10 labels, we are generalists in terms of functions and branches that we serve. Our consultants, however, always have a very solid foundation in the field they mediate. Content-wise, discussing with candidates and clients is also very important for us. Therefore, we are not only generalists but also specialists who the market asks for. What do you bring with you?

• HBO work and thinking level;
• Relevant work experience within IT recruitment, or experience in IT and you want to make a career switch;
• Perseverance;
• A tangible affinity with social media and networking, a healthy commercial attitude;
• In-depth knowledge or above-average affinity with IT;
• Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.

Besides working together in an enthusiastic and driven team, you have a fixed salary at our company, entirely dependent on your experience and background.
