LB asset management GmbH is a full-service partner for technical facility management – from building services and fire protection to media technology. One of our highlight projects is the Aerospace Campus of the Technical University of Munich in Taufkirchen: modern lecture halls, a specialized library, and space for over 2,000 students.

Entrepreneurship is a daily reality with us: we take responsibility and grow with every challenge. We are looking for you to join our media technology team at the campus as permanent on-site support.

Your Responsibilities

• Support of all lecture hall and media technology on campus (projectors, displays, audio and conference systems)

• Checking the technology before lectures and events to ensure smooth operation

• First point of contact on-site for lecturers and event organizers

• Quick troubleshooting and documentation of maintenance and repairs

• Technical support for events, including setup and dismantling

What You Bring

• Completed training as a specialist for event technology, media designer for picture and sound, electrician, or a comparable qualification

• Experience with AV and media technology, ideally in a university or conference environment

• Friendly, service-oriented demeanor and enjoyment of interacting with people

• Independent and reliable working style

• Good German language skills

What We Offer You

• Permanent full-time employment with a gross annual salary of €42,000–€48,000, depending on qualifications and experience

• Regular working hours from Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 5 PM – weekends are free
