Media Designer (m/w/d)

The ANY Lifestyle Marketing GmbH is the Inhouse Agency of The Radio Group - a network of 19 successful and high-reach private radio stations in Germany.

We develop digital products, performance campaigns, and creative solutions around recruiting, marketing, and modern media. Our focus lies on clear communication, measurable results, and practical implementation – without agency bull***t.

To strengthen our creative team, we are looking for a Media Designer (m/w/d) who thinks about design not just visually, but also functionally.

Tasks

• Design of digital and online advertising materials (Social Ads, Banners, Landing Pages, Visuals)
• Development and implementation of creatives for performance campaigns
• Adaptation and further development of existing designs and brand appearances
• Support in content creation for websites, platforms, and digital products
• Closely working with Performance Marketing, Sales, and Product Teams
• Independent implementation of projects – from idea to rollout
• Optional: simple motion graphics or animation contents (Short Videos, Slides, Reels)

Qualification

• Completed training as Media Designer Digital & Print or comparable qualification
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Sense for layout, typography, and visual communication
• Experience in the digital environment (Social Media, Online Ads, Web)
• Structured, self-reliant working style
• Openness to performance-driven design
• Agency-, startup- or inhouse-experience advantageous
