Your Position

• You function as general support for our 5-member design team and report directly to our Director Design
• You take over the creation of all print files within the team
• You adapt and update data sheets and installation guides
• You supplement our Social Media Kit in FIGMA regularly
• You adapt different event announcements in FIGMA
• You update small merchandise materials
• You create merchandise shop tiles and provide support for the regular updating of internal marketing support tools
• You provide design support for presentation creations and help with quick polishing (PPTX + Google Slides)
• You actively assist in image processing & image generation using AI

Your Profile

• You possess a completed education as Media Designer*in or can present a comparable qualification in the field of Communications Design/Grafikdesign or Media Design
• You have best-case already gained some professional experience in an agency or company
• You have very good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom) and are familiar with FIGMA
• You're a pro at PowerPoint and Google Slides and enjoy creating slick presentations
• You're comfortable with MS Office programs and project management tools like WRIKE
• You have an eye for typography, aesthetics, and trends as well as creativity and team spirit
• A spotless implementation of your work is important to you
• You have a self-reliant, high-precision, structured, and reliable working style
• You bring good German and English skills in writing and speaking with you
• You can handle time pressure well and stick to deadlines
