Tasks

With Promobedarf - our online shop for promotional items - we quickly and reliably supply our customers with all kinds of advertising materials. The philosophy of Promobedarf is to provide individual and personalized promotional items as simply as possible in the purchasing process. So that our customers receive a suitable solution on the way to success as quickly as possible.

Regardless of your location, you can work at Promobedarf in the home office or in our office directly in HafenCity. We attach great importance to tasks being completed on time and reliably, but at the same time we give you the freedom to manage your time yourself.

You are determined, motivated, and diligent, familiar with various printing processes, can present great work samples, and have excellent qualifications in design. You are familiar with Photoshop and Illustrator, but HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are also not foreign words to you.

Qualification

Your tasks

• Customer consulting on the graphic design of various advertising materials and promotional items
• You advise customers on products and possibilities and support them with concerns regarding their orders.
• Data checking, correction, and print data preparation
• You handle customer inquiries independently via phone or email and build trust through your professional and friendly demeanor.
• You calculate and create offers based on customer specifications and coordinate print feasibility with them.
• You have completed training in media design, graphic design, or a similar qualification and already have some professional experience as well as good knowledge in both online and print.
