Possible Areas of Responsibility

Whether it's a landing page, social media asset, or complex web module: you design what our users see – and you ensure that it not only looks good but also works, converts, and is correct on every device. We are looking for colleagues who, ideally, have several years of experience and are ready to take responsibility.

• Concept & Design of Landing Pages
  You develop screen designs and prototypes in Figma for new landing pages – with a clear focus on conversion, user guidance, and visual consistency.
• Technical Implementation of Your Designs
  You implement web modules, sections, or complete landing pages yourself – in WordPress with Elementor. You know HTML/CSS standards, understand what responsiveness really means, and dive into the code yourself when necessary.
• Design of Digital Assets
  Banners, icons, illustrations, infographics – for websites, blogs, social media, and ad campaigns. You deliver assets that match the brand, are technically sound, and really work in their respective context.
• Maintenance of the Design System
  You actively help build, document, and keep our Design System in Figma up-to-date – to ensure consistency across all digital channels.
• UI/UX Optimization
  You analyze existing interfaces and develop concrete suggestions for better readability, more intuitive navigation, and higher conversion.
• Pixel-Perfect Design Checks
  You check whether the technical implementation by the frontend team truly matches your design – and provide precise feedback if it doesn't.
• Design of Responsive Web Layouts
  You develop flexible layouts that function optimally on desktop, tablet, and smartphone and are aesthetically coherent.
• Image Editing & Material Selection
  You edit images, select suitable stock material, and ensure that everything remains stylistically coherent and true to the brand.

Your Profile

We don't care about degrees or certificates – but a portfolio that speaks for itself. We are looking for someone who not only creates digital designs but understands them: What works on mobile? Why does the user drop off here? How do you build a design system that is actually used?

• You Master Your Tools
  Figma is your daily tool. Auto Layout, components, prototyping, design system structures – these are not features you look up, but things you just do.
• Technical Affinity
  You not only have a good eye for design but also understand the technical side of your work. You know what can be implemented in a CMS, what responsiveness really means, and how your design will end up in the browser – before you hand it over.
• Experience in Designing Digital Interfaces
  You have already worked on web layouts, apps, dashboard interfaces, or responsive landing pages and know the rules of the game.
• You Have a Sharp Eye for Layout & Typography
  Fonts, colors, spacing, contrasts – you combine them so that designs appear clear, modern, and coherent. And you immediately recognize when something is wrong.
• You Work Independently and Structured
  You know how to prioritize projects, incorporate feedback, and complete designs in an active team environment – without anyone constantly having to ask where you stand.
• Willingness to Learn & Further Development
  You are eager to try out new tools or methods and grow both professionally and personally.
• Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS Skills
  Not a must – but a real plus. Those who can implement small adjustments themselves work faster and more independently.
• Bonus: Print Knowledge
  Absolutely not a must, but occasionally individual print orders do arise, be it just ordering new sweaters, pens, notebooks, or stationery.
• Communication at Eye Level
  You can justify design decisions, give and receive feedback, and make clear arrangements with UX, Frontend, and Marketing. Good collaboration is just as valuable as pure craftsmanship.
• No Formal Requirements
  You don't need a degree or 30 further training courses. We want to find talent and capable new colleagues. Even if you don't meet all the points here – we are looking for experienced and responsible colleagues, ideally you have been active in this field for many years and have gained many learnings. Because that is exactly what interests us: clean, long-term robust problem solutions. And you usually only get those after having to learn it the hard way for some time.
• Simple Communication
  You are communicative and open. We don't want to write generic things here, but this point is important. Good collaboration often trumps pure know-how. A colleague with whom collaboration is pleasant and smooth can be more valuable in everyday life than someone with more know-how, but with whom communication is rather sluggish.
• German or English
  You speak German or English or preferably both (approx. B2 level). Don't worry, we don't require proof of language level.
