Media Designer & Media Technician (50%/50%) (m/w/d)

We are a full-service provider for audiovisual solutions, realizing and operating media technology in conference rooms, event spaces, and work environments. Our service spectrum ranges from planning and installation of AV systems to managed services and support for events and interactive media projects.

To manage a customer location in Düsseldorf, we are looking for immediately engaged Media Designers/Media Technicians.

Tasks

Counseling customers, agencies, and internal project participants on possible media formats, contents, and implementations • Creation, adaptation, and preparation of digital media according to customer specifications • Creation and editing of print media according to customer specifications • Adaptation of content for special formats, displays, LED walls, and other digital output media • Review, verification, and adaptation of customer content regarding format, resolution, readability, and technical feasibility • Loading, managing, and testing digital media contents on various systems • Maintenance and updating of playlists for campus, location, and customer solutions • Support in the content-related and design-oriented preparation of events, presentations, streaming formats, and digital applications • Maintenance of regular operation of media technology at customer locations and managed sites • Performance of service, maintenance, and repair measures on media technical systems • Technical support for events, presentations, streams, and other customer formats • Setup, testing, and commissioning of media technical systems • Execution of functional tests, fault analysis, and simple troubleshooting measures • Telephone and personal support for customers in ongoing operation • Documentation of performed activities, service interventions, and technical changes • Coordination with project leadership, service, customers, and other internal departments

Qualification

Completed training or comparable qualification in the field of media design, media technology, event technology, AV technology, or a related field • Good knowledge of creating, editing, and preparing digital media • Secure handling of common graphic, layout, video, or content management systems • Technical understanding of media technical systems, signal paths, displays, feed technology, and digital media formats • Experience in managing events, presentations, streaming formats, or media installations is desirable • Self-reliant, solution-oriented, and structured work approach • High customer- and service-orientedness as well as a pleasant demeanor • Integration capability, loyalty, conflict resolution, and organizational skills • Flexibility, willingness to act, and readiness for occasional deployments outside regular working hours • Careful, quality-conscious, and punctual work style • Analytical, networked, and forward-thinking thinking • Good communication skills in coordinating with customers, agencies, project leadership, and internal teams • Good German language skills as well as good English language skills
