Junior Project Manager (m/w/d)

The Trade Connection Krebs GmbH is a reliable full-service partner in the POS advertising industry for the retail sector. We design, produce, and deliver everything that creates visibility in the market – from print designs to complex campaigns to installation. We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager (m/w/d) to strengthen our team, who will grow with us and be able to take on their own projects in the long term.

Aufgaben

Your tasks at our company:

• Layout, design, and print preparation of POS advertising materials (e.g. posters, blinds, displays, flyers, etc.).
• Coordination of print orders including deadlines, budgets, and quality control.
• Digital printing up to DIN A3 format.
• Organization and management of projects – from inquiry to offer preparation to implementation.
• Communication with customers, suppliers, and our partners.
• Support in planning, dispatch, and logistics of campaigns.
• Maintenance of budgets, project progress, and accounting.
• Gradual takeover of own customer and project responsibility.

Qualifikation

You bring with you:

• A completed education or initial professional experience in the field of media design, communication, marketing, or comparable.
• A structured, organized, and reliable working style – you like to keep an overview.
• Creativity and a good eye for design and layout (knowledge of Adobe InDesign/Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator).
• Pleasure in direct communication and teamwork with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
• Motivation to develop further, quickly take on new topics, and lead projects independently / step by step assume responsibility.
• Flexibility and willingness to get involved in both creative and organizational areas / hands-on mentality.
• Reliability and friendly demeanor.
