Media Designer

The Diakonissenmutterhaus Aidlingen e. V. is seeking a part-time Media Designer to strengthen our Public Relations team as of July 1, 2026.

The Diakonissenmutterhaus is an evangelical sisterhood with 185 deaconesses and approximately 85 employees, who live and work on various stations.

We have been active in various social-diakonal fields and in evangelism for almost 100 years.

Our location on the Hummelberg is the central hub of our work and at the same time a place of residence and workplace.

The main focus of our work on the Hummelberg are the offers of Bible.Begegnung.Bildung (see annual program on our homepage). A new House of Silence will be added. We also have a nature kindergarten on the Hummelberg and host an annual large Pentecost youth festival, which attracts several thousand young people.

In the process of transformation, we are currently formulating our vision, mission, and values as well as the focal points for the Hummelberg anew.

We are looking for a Media Designer to join our Public Relations team.

Tasks

Your tasks:

• Gestaltung von Medien (print und digital) und Pflege von Kommunikationskanälen (Homepage, Social Media) in Abstimmung mit der ÖA-Leitung.

Qualification

Your profile:

• You want to contribute your gifts to help people get to know Jesus Christ and deepen their relationship with him.
• You are a professional in the field of media design and have already gained some experience in designing communication media.
• You are digitally savvy and can upload content to homepages, create newsletters, update PowerPoint presentations, and fill social media channels with life.
• You also have experience in designing and implementing print products such as flyers, posters, and advertisements.
• In the ideal case, you have a good sense of language and can write small texts yourself.
