Web & E-Commerce Designer (Part-time / Student Assistant)

Webmedia Hilcher is a established digital agency for modern websites and tailored e-commerce solutions. We combine technical expertise with clean design and develop digital presences that both visually impress and function in everyday life.

To support our team, we are looking for a part-time student assistant / work student (m/w/d) in the field of media design – flexibly alongside studies or main job.

Tasks

Web Design & Layouts: Designing modern, responsive websites and shop layouts (e.g. homepages, category and product pages)

Grafik & Assets: Creating banners, icons, teasers, image compositions, and social media/web ads for digital projects

UI/UX Considerations: Optimizing user guidance, structure, and visual hierarchy (Look & Feel + Usability)

Teamwork: Coordinating with our developers to ensure designs are efficiently and neatly implemented

Project Support: Participating from idea to final implementation – depending on time and scope

Qualification

You are a work student/in (e.g. design, media, communication, UX) or seeking a part-time job/auxiliary job in the creative field

Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (InDesign optional)

A good feeling for typography, colors, layout, and modern web standards

Bonus but not a must: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, experience with CMS (e.g. TYPO3, WordPress, shop systems)

You work reliably, structured, and bring in your own ideas
