Media Designer / Graphic Designer (m/w/d) - Part-time (30h)

Your Mission: Shape the visual face of our premium dog brand

We are looking for an experienced Media Designer / Graphic Designer (m/w/d) from June 1, 2026.

You love it when design doesn't just look good, but is also measurable and sells? You work quickly, precisely, and have extremely high standards for your own performance? Tasks

Your Tasks:

1. Performance Ads: Creation of high-converting creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google. You understand which hook visually works.
2. E-Commerce Assets: Design of top-notch listing images for Amazon and our other marketplaces, as well as the Shopify store (including A+ content).
3. Storefront Management: Design of hero banners, landing pages, and UI elements that elevate the shopping experience to a new level.
4. Retention Design: Creation of compelling graphics for our CRM (Klaviyo/newsletter) and automated email sequences.
5. Brand Consistency: Maintenance and further development of our social media presence and implementation of all daily business graphics.

Qualification

Your Profile:

1. You master the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) in your sleep. You use AI daily for performance and speed. Knowledge of Figma or video editing (CapCut/Premiere) is a plus.
2. Performance Mindset: You design not for the gallery, but for the click. You understand the dynamics of e-commerce, shops, listings, CRM, and social media as a system.
3. Hands-on & Resilient: In high-pressure situations (e.g., Black Friday), you're in top form. You love the tempo of a growing startup.
4. A-Player Mentality: You have an eye for details, work structured, and bring a 'get-it-done' attitude with you. You deliver direction, not just files.
