We are looking for a videographer with a sense of aesthetics, technology, and storytelling – someone who doesn't just produce content, but understands it. At our agency, you will develop video and photo content for some of Germany's most exciting companies. You will work together with our account managers at client sites, set up shoots, edit, process, and further develop formats.

talenthafen is a mix of an agency and consulting firm – strategically, creatively, and always focused on the result.

Tasks

• Planning, filming, and editing of video content – from short social media clips to image films
• Creation of photo content and subsequent image processing
• Independent implementation of video productions at client sites – together with account management
• Technical support and organization of shoots (camera, lighting, sound)
• Selection and editing of image and audio material (color grading, sound design etc.)
• Support in the further development of our visual content and formats

Qualification

• Completed training or studies in film, media design, communication, or a comparable qualification
• Safe handling of camera, lighting, and sound technology
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and ideally After Effects or DaVinci Resolve
• A good sense for image composition, storytelling, and timing
• Experience with filming and post-production – ideally also in the agency or client environment
• Self-motivated, structured working style, team spirit, and travel readiness (mainly day trips with the team)
• Perfect German language skills in writing and speaking – for safe communication with clients, briefings, and editing
• Class B driving license
