for an unlimited full-time position in Jena.

Tasks

• Concept, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our web pages under your own technical implementation
• You set our marketing activities creatively and with enthusiasm for all channels (B2B, B2B2C, and B2C).
• You bring our design concepts to life in web design, videos, graphics, and print materials using WordPress and the standard tools of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign / Illustrator / Photoshop), PowerPoint etc.
• You conceptualize and create various corporate publishing products, primarily in the digital field, but also in the print field.
• You design and adapt digital advertising materials and content for dissemination on social media channels and our web pages.
• You design further brand building with.
• You work together with our service providers and support coordination of these.

Qualification

• Completed training as a media designer or completed studies in media/design, communication design, or a comparable qualification
• You have a sense for well-designed designs, typography, and image worlds; idea richness and creativity characterize you.
• You are sovereign in handling WordPress, Canva, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite programs, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Experience with Adobe Premiere / After Effects and Microsoft PowerPoint is welcome
• First experience with animations and video production is an asset
• Your excellent customer orientation allows you to take into account the specific needs of health insurance companies, doctors, and users.
• You find that teamwork produces the best results. You look forward to active creative exchange in the team, neither shying away from discourse nor productive debates.
• You have very good self-organization skills.
• You combine love for detail and joy in developing and implementing your own ideas with a conceptual thinking approach.
